Requirements for Candidates in the El Paso Area
Individuals who are interested in becoming a part of the Platinum Factotum Security Service team must have no felonies or misdemeanors on their records. Further, candidates must:
- Be 18 years or older
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Pass a background check
- Pass a drug test
- Be fingerprinted
- Be proficient and able to communicate in English
- Have a reliable means of communication (home phone or cell phone)
- Be able to work overtime and various shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays
- Have reliable transportation
- Have a current driver license
- Be able to follow the chain of command
- Be able to verbally de-escalate situations
- Hold Level II or Level III certification
